Presight AI Holding PLC said in a statement that it generated revenue of AED 713.2 million in the second quarter of 2026, an increase of 36.1 percent from the same period a year earlier. EBITDA climbed 37.4 percent to AED 143.7 million while profit after tax rose 30.2 percent to AED 116.8 million during the three months ended June 30, according to the release. The company reported first-half revenue of AED 1.4 billion, up 28.9 percent year on year, with EBITDA advancing 23.2 percent to AED 302.7 million and profit after tax gaining 19.5 percent to AED 250.7 million. The figures build on the AED 689 million in revenue that Presight reported for the first quarter of 2026.

The statement highlighted a record domestic order intake of AED 2.5 billion in the quarter, supported by 100 percent renewal rates on major national-level programmes and new contract wins spanning public safety, non-kinetic defence, mobility, customs, audit and SME enablement. Presight’s order backlog reached AED 4.9 billion at the end of June, a 44.3 percent increase since the beginning of the year. Multi-year contracts accounted for 93.5 percent of second-quarter revenue, the company said, providing high visibility into future performance.

International revenue increased 19.1 percent year on year in the second quarter and 39.9 percent in the first half, lifting its contribution to group revenue to 26.7 percent in the six-month period from 24.6 percent a year earlier, the release showed. Deployments in Kazakhstan, Albania, Jordan and Africa, along with new engagements in Montenegro, drove the overseas growth while AIQ advanced pilots in three additional target markets. Presight selected 12 high-growth companies for the second cohort of its AI Accelerator Programme and showcased its AI-Native Workforce Lab at a government retreat where participants designed and deployed 118 AI agents.

Thomas Pramotedham, chief executive officer of Presight, said in the statement, “Our strong Q2 and first-half performance demonstrates the strength and durability of Presight’s growth model amidst a dynamic operating environment. As we look ahead, we see significant opportunity to deepen our leadership in the UAE, accelerate our land-and-expand strategy internationally, and advance the next generation of agentic and sector-specific AI solutions that deliver measurable outcomes at scale.” The executive’s comments accompanied the interim results for the period ended June 30, 2026.

The company maintained a debt-free balance sheet with AED 2.0 billion in cash and cash equivalents while producing positive operating cash flow of AED 14.3 million in the quarter, according to the statement. Presight confirmed that its medium-term guidance for the 2025-2029 period remains unchanged, targeting revenue compound annual growth of 20 to 25 percent, EBITDA growth of 23 to 28 percent and profit-after-tax growth of 21 to 26 percent. A company report issued in February placed full-year 2025 revenue at AED 3.03 billion following 36.9 percent growth from the previous year.

The statement described Presight as an ADX-listed public company with G42 as its majority shareholder and a provider of big data analytics powered by artificial intelligence. The firm combines data interpretation capabilities to support decision-making across government and enterprise clients in areas including public safety, health and sustainability. Presight’s results were distributed via Zawya and detailed its progress in commercialising sovereign AI solutions.
