The Ajman Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation put the value of real estate trading transactions at more than AED 1.9 billion during September 2025. The department recorded 1,393 such trades as part of 1,739 total real estate transactions that reached AED 2.97 billion overall. Mortgage deals added 241 transactions worth AED 474 million to the monthly tally, its data showed.

Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, director-general of the department, said the Ajman real estate market continued its upward performance and achieved record numbers that reflect the quality of the sector and the diversity of investment options across the emirate’s various regions. Al Muhairi noted that Al Rumaila 3 witnessed the highest sales value of AED 300 million. The figures represent a 53 percent increase compared with September 2024, according to the department’s monthly report.

The department’s statistics identified Emirates City as the top traded major development ahead of Ajman One and City Towers. Al Helio 2 ranked as the most active neighbourhood followed by Al Helio 1 and Al Yasmeen. Such distribution highlights broad-based demand spanning residential and commercial segments.

Later updates from the same department placed first-half 2026 real estate transactions at AED 10.8 billion across 6,815 deals. That followed a full-year 2025 performance in which values exceeded AED 25 billion by November, The National reported. The sustained expansion aligns with infrastructure improvements and policy measures designed to attract further investment.

A market overview published in 2026 by Developers News UAE indicated that registration of real estate development projects jumped 121 percent in 2025. The report pointed to an average apartment sales price between AED 562,000 and AED 700,000 with villas ranging from AED 1.7 million to AED 1.99 million. Al Yasmin delivered the highest villa ROI at 6.22 percent, the overview found.

Al Muhairi has attributed the positive results to the emirate’s supportive environment and diverse opportunities available to investors. Memoranda of cooperation with entities such as the Dubai Land Department have simplified property acquisition for free zone companies, according to the developers’ report. These steps form part of wider efforts under Ajman Vision 2030 to strengthen the real estate contribution to local economic growth.
