During July 2026, the total real estate trading volume surpassed QR1.859 billion with 1,485 individual transactions, a ministry bulletin indicated. Qatar’s real estate market has seen varied weekly totals in 2026, with several weeks surpassing QR500 million in trading as per successive ministry releases.
